1-800-ATTORNEY, Inc. (ATTY) publishes membership directories for bar associations and sells advertising in those directories. ATTY markets its directories to associations throughout the continental United States. It also operates an attorney referral or marketing business that was launched in June 2001. The company markets its directories to professional associations through the continental United States. ATTY through its wholly owned subsidiary PCNA Communications Corporation conducts its print directory operations and its Internet-based online vendor directory business that it operates in conjunction with the company's print directory advertising sales. In February, ATTY promoted Dottie Germain to be vice-president, Sales and Marketing. In March, it began development of a program under which attorneys or law firms may license exclusive use of the 1-800-ATTORNEY toll-free number within designated market areas. In April, Matt Butler, Chairman and CEO of the company resigned from his position.
