21st Century Technologies, Inc. conducts business through three subsidiaries: Innovative Weaponry, Inc., Trident Technologies, Inc., and Miniature Machine Corporation, Inc. Innovative Weaponry is a manufacturer of tritium products available in night sights and other 'night seeing' sights in the weapons industry. These products are sold to original equipment manufacturers, certain members of the United States military establishment, and retail outlets for purchase by the general public. In addition, law enforcement agencies at the state and local level on a nationwide basis are customers for Innovative Weaponry's night sights. Trident Technologies manufactures and distributes SeaPatch and ProMag magnetic-powered leak and rupture sealing devices. They are designed for application on ferrous hulls of ships, railroad tank cars, storage tanks, pipelines, or other containers. They have a broad range of applications in both disaster situations and environmental hazmat protection. Miniature Machine Corporation manufactures and distributes adjustable open gun sights. They can be enhanced by application of tritium-powered sighting materials. These upscale sights are marketed mainly to serious shooting hobbyists and hobbyists. Innovative Weaponry competes with Trijicon, Meprolight, and Trilux. In April 2003, the company launched its corporate Web site at www.TFCTcorp.com.
