360 Global Wine Company Inc

Tech-Net Communications, Inc., through its subsidiary, Knightsbridge Fine Wines, Inc., operates as a wine company. Knightsbridge changed its name to 360 Global Wine Company as a result of an infrigement claim from Knightsbridge Wine Shoppe in February 2005. In June 2005, 360 purchased Viansa Winery & Italian Marketplace in Carneros for $31 million. Jon Sebastiani, former Viansa president and son of Viansa founders Sam and Vicki Sebastiani, was named president of 360 Global Wine. The company's portfolio includes the Guy Buffet International Collection and the Andy Warhol Collection (future release).
