    Employee sued employer for sexual harassment discrimination pursuant to Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act (Title VII). The Court held in favor of employee because she could demonstrate vicarious liability and actionable adverse job consequences, although such consequences were non-pecuniary in nature.
